Make a complaint

Under Article 77 UK GDPR (as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) you have the right to complain directly to us about how we process your personal data, in addition to your right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and inform you of the outcome without undue delay. If you prefer, you can email privacy@visualiseo.co.uk.

By submitting, you agree we may process the information you provide to handle your complaint. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle complaint records. We retain them for 6 years to evidence our handling of your right to complain.
